This work explores a contemporary reinterpretation of the Križevački štatuti through the design of an interactive social set. Based on research into traditional wine rituals, toasts, and social rules, the project reframes the statute not as a historical document, but as a living system of social interaction.
The final outcome is an interactive set consisting of a book of penalties, three ceramic objects, character cards, and action cards. Each component contributes to a participatory experience in which users engage in shared rituals through play, role design, and structured interaction. The ceramic objects act as central ritual objects that encourage communication, discussion, and symbolic togetherness.
The project merges tradition and contemporary design, reinterpreting cultural heritage through an accessible, playful, and inclusive approach. Its aim is to revitalize intangible aspects of local culture and make them relevant to a younger audience through an interaction-based experience.
