THE DEVIL AND THE HUNTSMAN

At the boundary between the real and the symbolic, The Devil & The Huntsman takes us on a journey through the inner chaos of a young man. Alone, lost in the night, and sitting by a fire deep in the forest, he confronts his own inner demons. Visually powerful and emotionally charged, the film merges the natural world with abstract landscapes of the psyche. The external silence of the forest contrasts with the storm raging within, portraying both a physical and psychological struggle.

Inspired by the atmosphere of the song from King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, this short film combines raw medieval energy with contemporary rhythms to explore themes of inner conflict, escape, and transformation. Through confronting his own fears and curses, the protagonist emerges changed; quieter, yet stronger.
